Our Guarantee

It is our promise to customers that we will provide you with a pleasant and fun shopping experience to purchase fashionable and reasonably priced jewelry and accessories. If you have a problem with any purchase, Pretty Unique LLC will repair or replace any piece of merchandise that breaks, due to a manufacturer defect, within 90 days of purchase.
All repairs or replacements MUST be handled through the company and NOT the Independent Fashion Consultants.

Limited Warranty
Products sold by or through Pretty Unique Fashion Accessories LLC (the Products) carry a 90-day limited warranty, as further described below. The Products are otherwise sold without any warranty.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: THE PRODUCTS ARE SOLD WITH NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY – THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES (WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED) OF ANY KIND OTHER THAN THE 90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED HERE:
LIMITED WARRANTY: Pretty Unique Fashion Accessories LLC will repair, replace or refund the actual purchase price for any defective Product that is received by the Company at 149 American Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17602 within 90 days of purchase.
If any Product covered by this Limited Warranty is not capable of repair or replacement (as Company in its sole discretion may determine), company will refund that Product’s actual purchase price (not including shipping costs, if any) to the purchasing consumer.
To submit a Product under the Limited Warranty:
- Include a copy of the original receipt
- Include the actual Product item, including all available parts/pieces
- Provide your full name, mailing address, phone number, and e-mail address.
- Deliver all of those to: Pretty Unique Fashion Accessories LLC Limited Warranty,
149 American Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17602.
- Allow 2-3 weeks for processing of your submission.
Note that the Company is not responsible for any lost or misdirected submissions that are sent to Company via mail. Limited Warranty submission requests should be sent via hand delivery, certified mail, or courier mail, to allow confirmation of delivery. Shipping charges are not refundable.
